This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to support key business systems and contribute to operational success in a collaborative environment.Role and Responsibilities:Provide 2nd line support for Compliance-specific applications, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools).Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.Maintain system configurations, including user access, permissions, and reference data.Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments.Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes.Assist the Compliance team with compiling reports and statistics using Excel and Power BI.Key Skills and Experience:Outstanding Excel skills, this is essential. You should be confident working with complex spreadsheets and enjoy using Excel as a core part of your role.Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a bonus.SQL knowledge is use
