This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong rent account management, debt recovery, and tenancy sustainment experience. This role will require on-site working two days per week, with the remainder remote. Role Overview As part of a proactive housing income team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of rent accounting, service charge monitoring, and debt recovery, including both current and former tenant arrears.
