Location: Secondary Schools across Oxfordshire-

Start Date: September 2025

Pay Rate: -115 - -145-a day, depending on experience

Flexible working options (Daily, short-term, long-term, Permanent)

About the Role:-

-As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You''ll maintain a positive classroom environment, ensuring students stay on tasl and follow school policies.-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons across a variety of subjects.-
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy-
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons-
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive.-

We''re Looking For:-

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-
• Enhanced DBS check (Or be willing to complete one)-
• Previous experience working with young people-
• Subject specialism (e.g Geography degree, History, English etc)
