This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment during a period of growth and transformation.Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal postings, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions Ensure accuracy and integrity across PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for multiple entities Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records in line with company standards Support the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure documentation is audit-ready Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts Coordinate external audit processes and respond to auditor queries Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures Drive process documentation and lead continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, assign tasks, and review team outputs Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support to finance team members Supervise accounts
