Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Planner: Develop detailed baseline/master programs in Primavera P6 based on client requirements and secure approval from clients/engineers. Create tender programs aligned with project requirements. Integrate cost and resource loading into the program. Generate manpower histograms, KPIs, SPI, CPI, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project progress, update schedules weekly, and report potential delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct critical path and float analysis and develop recovery strategies for identified schedule risks.
