We are seeking an outstanding Head Chef to take the helm of our kitchen and guide the next exciting chapter of Gauthier Soho. This is a leadership role for a chef who can combine precision and creativity with vision and mentorship.You will shape our seasonal menus, inspire and lead a talented team, and uphold our reputation as one of Londons most innovative and respected plant-based dining destinations.

Develop and oversee seasonal, innovative plant-based menus.
Drive research and development, including international culinary trips to explore new techniques and ingredients.
Mentor, train, and motivate your team
fostering a kind, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen culture.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency in every service.
Collaborate with management to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.Starting salary: £70,000 per year.
