Children’s Adventure Care Worker with Esland at The Willows, on the outskirts of Lutterworth. This is a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas are given in advance.Hours: 4 days on, 6 days off (with sleep nights). Pay rate: £38,475 to £40,815 per annum. Includes opportunities to pick up additional shifts/overtime at an enhanced rate.Location: The Willows, on the outskirts of Lutterworth. This two-bed service offers immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support to young people aged 7 to 18 who are in crisis. Over a 12 week placement, young people are provided security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment.
