Our client, a unique third sector organisation, are looking for a-Document Controller-to assist their busy and friendly team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

As a Document Controller you will be responsible for the integrity, accessibililty and compliance of customer records; ensuring the stored data is complete and meets GDPR and internal regulations.- Duties include:

• Converting, indexing and storing physical documents as accessible electronic documentation.
• Ensuring the right documents are accessible by the right users with the right information
• Implementing document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with data policy and regulations.
• Inspecting-documents to ensure data quality.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in document/record management
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong IT skills
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within-a team.

This is a fully office-based role, core hours are Monday-Friday, 5am-1pm.
