This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving financial excellence, improving reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.You will be responsible for overseeing core finance operations while contributing to process improvements and ensuring robust financial control across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, inventory, fixed assets)Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial statementsDrive improvements in financial reporting processes and controlsOversee treasury and cash management activitiesCoordinate budgeting and forecasting cyclesManage internal and external audits, ensuring complianceOversee tax matters, including VATLead and develop the financial reporting teamPartner with stakeholders and support the Finance DirectorAnalyse financial data, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insightsKey RequirementsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance roleStrong background in group reporting and financial statementsExperience managing end-to-end finance operationsSolid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP)Experience with ERP systems (IFS desirable)Advanced Excel skillsSt
