Overview

A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of three months.The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will have over 18 months experience for the same authority and will be responsible for handling a complex caseload. You will have experience dealing with education and academies for land dealings including foundations schools and development experience for large scale housing stock transfer. Estate ballot experience is also advantageous.Local authority experience is essential.
