Due to continued growth my client, one of the UK''s leading Independent Investment Managers, currently seek a customer service specialist to join their client service team in Edinburgh. This role involves handling enquiries from Direct clients regarding their investment portfolios and duties will include: Responding to incoming client emails, secure messages and telephone calls, ensuring timely follow-up as required. Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Liaising with the back office, Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and the Digital Operations team to ensure client/account issue resolution. Troubleshooting and providing feedback for the development of the website and service. Escalation of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction to the Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and Compliance Department as required. Other Client Service functions as they arise. Applicants are likely to be highers / degree educated (or equivalent), possess circa 1 years customer service experience and have an interest in the Wealth Management sector. You will possess strong communication, administration and numeracy skills along with a keen eye for detail.
