This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by promoting healthy eating in a vibrant school environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily preparation and service of meals for students and staff.Create varied, balanced menus that cater to dietary needs and allergen requirements.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.Manage kitchen stock, place orders via the online portal, and monitor food waste.Lead and support a small team of catering staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.Collaborate with school staff to support themed days, events, and feedback initiatives.Report to the Area Manager and contribute to continuous improvement in food quality and service delivery.What We''re Looking ForEnhanced DBS Check (required prior to start).Proven experience in a school or similar catering environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and allergen management.Organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure.A genuine passion for food and a commitment to supporting children''s health and wellbeing.Adecco acts as an employment agency
