Contracts Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, professional and amitious Contracts Manager with proven experience in refurbishment and fit-out projects across the residential and commercial sectors. This role will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You''ll play a pivotal role in coordinating site teams, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring the smooth running of contracts across a diverse project portfolio. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure all work meets contractual, quality, and safety standards Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines Carry out regular site visits and ensure works are completed to specification Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and programme updates Lead and support project teams and site managers throughout the construction process Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in refurbishment and fit-out Strong background in both residential and commercial sectors Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and HandS regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills SMSTS and CSCS qualifications (preferred) Full UK driving licence and willingne
