This Home Manager role is based near Maidstone, within a medium sized residential home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support. Requirements Min NVQ level 4 health and social Care Direct experience of supporting people with dementia A qualification in dementia care is desirableExperienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes Ability to develop and market the home ResponsibilitiesRegistered Manager with CQCLeadership of care home team including care and all support functionsDeliver exceptional resident centred careWorking to KPI based on quality and occupancy Reporting to Regional Manager Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation Recruitment, supervision and appraisalProfessional development of your team Remuneration 62,500 + bonus Please contact Chloe at Bright Selection for more information.
