Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Previous management experience in a gastropub, restaurant, or premium hospitality settingStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA hands-on, proactive approach with great attention to detailAbility to thrive under pressure and problem-solve effectivelyPassion for food, drink, and genuine hospitality
