The role is a full time and is Monday to Friday, this position is a long term position and for the right individual could go on to a permanent contract. Your responsibilities as a HLTA will be based in the classroom supporting the class teacher. You will need to have strong leadership and behaviour management skills This will ensure students are adhering to the school behaviour management policy. Ensuring the correct behaviour is adhered to at all times.The successful candidate will be covering classes in the absence of the teacher as well as running interventions with small groups of children.
