A prestigious law firm with over 250 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their residential property team on a temporary basis.

What You''ll Do:
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting a leading partner.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents with precision.
• Audio dictation
• Managing correspondence and maintaining organised filing systems and updating records on Proclaim
• Assisting Partner with general support
• Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within residential property / real estate law
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Proclaim
