They are recruiting for an experienced, passionate and self-motivated Travel Expert to join their successful team.This is an office-based role - however consideration will be given to remote working arrangements.Job Description:Designing high quality, tailor-made itineraries for a wide range of travellersConverting warm sales leads via email and telephoneAs a Travel expert you will be responsible for the full sales process including planning, costing, refining and confirming itineraries, through to post-travel communicationsYou will be required to present high quality travel itineraries that are specifically customised to the client''s unique requirementsDelivery of exceptional client service at all stages of the sales processDealing with enquiries by telephone and emailIdentifying and meeting customers'' needs by providing exceptional customer service at all timesConfirm bookings and invoice the customerProcessing bookings, finalising tours to ensure everything is in placeFollow up on feedback post-tripMaintain customer recordsSupport website maintenance and development to ensure our products are marketed professionally and effectivelySupport social media campaigns to promote offers,
