EHCP (Education Health and Care Plans) CoordinatorSalary; £25,716 (£20,850.81 pro-rata) a year + benefitsHours; Part time (30 hours each week, all year round)Duration; Permanent Location; Rotherham College and Dearne Valley College, RotherhamAbout the RoleThe primary function of this role is to coordinate the processes and procedures in line with RNN Group s duty for learners with Education Health and Care Plans studying within Group.Key duties of the role include; Coordinate the processes and procedures to ensure that RNN meets its duty outlined in the SEND Code of Practice.Prepare EHCP reports and reviews as appropriate.Monitor performance and progression of the learners with EHCP.Support with communication between departments.Attend staff, team and department meetings.
