Oversee scope changes and variations on multiple projects. Plan Risk Management strategies for all projects and ensure risks are mitigated. Managing and allocating Celoxis tasks to Contracts Managers. Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys. Ensure contractual compliance is met on all projects. Key Performance Indicators: These will include, but will not be limited to: GP and % of all assigned external projects. Accountability from point of handover.
