The firm is particularly well regarded for its defendant personal injury practice and continues to strengthen its pre-litigation offering.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Litigation Claims Handler to join its established team in Bradford city centre. This role will focus on defending Employer''s Liability and Public Liability claims prior to litigation. It is a hands-on, fee-earning position within a supportive environment that offers structured supervision and genuine development opportunities.The Role:You will manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL personal injury matters from first notification through to the point of litigation, working closely with an experienced supervisor. The position requires a proactive, process-driven approach, excellent organisation and the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefend EL/PL personal injury claims from inception up to (but not including) litigation, ideally with exposure to retail-based claimsConfidently utilise the MOJ EL/PL PortalCommunicate effectively with opponents, experts, statutory bodies and clients via telephone, email and formal correspondenceNegotiate liability and quantum in accordance with client instructions and commercial objectivesPursue recovery of client o
