We are recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Family Department at a law firm in Kenilworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and skilled legal secretary to contribute to a dynamic team.

Legal Secretary Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and format legal documents and court bundles
• Manage diaries, appointments, and client communications efficiently
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, experts, and fellow solicitors
• Prepare court paperwork, cost schedules, and keep case files in order

Essential skills:

• MUST HAVE family law experience
• Strong audio typing and IT skills
• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Experience with case management systems is desirable
