The Static Multi Skilled Engineer will maintain all plant, equipment and building systems in accordance with statutory requirements and service level agreements. Duties include servicing Air Handling Units, maintaining HVAC systems, resolving plumbing issues, carrying out minor electrical works, testing emergency lighting, checking fire alarm systems, conducting regular lift inspections and responding to reactive maintenance requirements.
