We''re looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team and become an integral part of our journey. You must be comfortable with taking inbound calls and being proactive!Requirements of Customer Service Administrator:Has at least two years+ office-based Customer Service experience.Worked in an e-commerce/retail environment.Have a clear, friendly, and confident telephone manner.Have speedy, thorough, and punctual word processing skills.Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Be confident and logical with your approach to ''general IT'' and a fast learner.Be super organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Have great interpersonal and communication skills to conduct effective working relationships with the team.Be versatile.
