About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assisstant to join our vibrant and inclusive team. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop essential skills, and reach their full potential. The schools offer day and residential provision to students with a diverse range of needs including moderate to severe and complex learning needs, sensory processing difficulties and associated speech, language and communication difficulties, including autistic spectrum disorders. As a SEN you will be based inside the classroom supporting students within education. Class sizes are small to ensure the needs of each pupil are met.
