Quantity Surveyor Location: Kent Salary: 60k - 70k PA The Company Our client is a reputable main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the commercial, leisure, industrial and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth and a recently secured leisure development, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join the project team and take responsibility for the commercial management of the scheme from procurement through to final account. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of a leisure construction project, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. The successful candidate will work closely with the site and project delivery teams to maximise project profitability, manage risk and ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
