Support Services Manager

We''re currently recruiting a dedicated Support Services Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CHandCO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:Managing and overseeing cleaning, catering, retail, portering, Pest and security servicesEnsuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all sitesEnsuring continuous improvement in service delivery is maintained, delivered and increasedManaging budgets and supplier relationships effectivelyLeading and motivating diverse teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfactionLiaising with hospital management and team as requiredEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
About You:Proven experience in managing hospital support servicesStrong leadership and operational management skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
