About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented EV Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves site supervision, stakeholder coordination, safety management, and quality assurance across multiple construction projects. It is essential that the candidate is open to extensive nationwide travel and is fully prepared to stay away from home as required. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives to meet project goals. Enforce health and safety compliance through regular site inspections and training. Oversee quality control, conducting regular checks and addressing issues promptly.
