Lead development of scalable web apps using Python 3, React, React Native, Flask, and SQLAlchemyDesign, implement, and optimise RESTful APIs to power platform functionalitySet coding standards through CI, peer reviews, and automated testingMentor junior developers and build a culture of learning and technical excellenceOptimise and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Growth, CS) to shape new featuresChampion automation to improve scalability and efficiencyRefine deployment pipelines to ensure smooth, stable releasesStay ahead of tech trends and apply them to improve Houst\''s platformTools and Systems
