Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Café and Bistro Cook to join our kitchen team within a refined café and evening bistro environment. The role is focused on delivering beautifully executed dishes from an elevated daytime café menu and a carefully curated evening bistro offering. This includes occasional themed dining events that showcase quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and culinary creativity.The successful candidate will also take responsibility for food ordering and stock management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional standards at all times.
