Morgan Mckinley are looking to speak with transactional finance professionals in the Midsomer Norton area to work for a client of ours in the education sector to support the Financial Operations function for a growing finance team. If you are looking to progress and study towards the AAT qualification, this could be the perfect role for you.You will be responsible for taking ownership of the Sales and Purchase ledher function, ensuring transactions are process with accuracy, in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and wider finance team to provide clear reporting across the trust.What will you be doing?Monitoring and managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate posting and reconciliationManage monthly reconciliations of credit card and equals card purchasesProducing cash flow forecastsRaising sales invoices and maintaining accurate client account recordsMonitoring aged debtorsSupporting purchase ledger processWhat are we looking for?Experience in transactional finance, including sales ledger and/or purchase ledgerExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with MS excel and other MS office packagesIf this sounds like you, please apply and one of the team will be in touch to discuss your application further.
