Corporate Travel Consultant (Group/T4M -Travel4Meeting) must be experienced in booking Individual Air/Rail + Group Air/Rail travel, responsible for group movements ranging from 10 to 2000+ people.

Deliver outstanding service based on the clients Event Brief including research, policies, and management of SuppliersOverall client retention in terms of establishing a professional long term relationship, service excellence and account growthPlanning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Travel, Workshops and SeminarsAchieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality service and demonstrate significant savings on client spend.Additional duties as requested (Standby on-duty availability for some weekends a year)

MS Office userProficient Business EnglishUnderstand and meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLA if applicable)Qualifying call or email with enquiry owner to determine travel requirementsUtilising registration web site tools, capturing delegates'' information and sending flight offers/confirmations directly, managing delegate changes and updates is also an advantage.
