We are looking to appoint a new, full-time member of staff to the Secondary team. The ideal candidate will have :Previous outreach experience, preferably in the Secondary phase Experience in developing and delivering training to schoolsQualified Teacher Status and significant experience in supporting pupils with additional SEMH needs and challenging behaviour (applications from suitably experienced non-teachers will be considered)Flexibility to best meet the needs of purchasing schoolsConfidence, creativity and the ability to work independently Excellent time management and administration skillsThe role involves travelling around the city so a full driving license is essential.
