Key Responsibilities: Lead workforce planning and execution to meet production demands. Manage and mentor an onsite team member and associates. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high service standards. Drive local recruitment campaigns and onboarding. Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and health and safety. Identify and implement operational improvements. What We''re Looking For: Experience managing high-volume staffing in fast-paced environments.
