You will play a key role in monitoring supplier compliance, managing audits, and implementing best practices across our sourcing and logistics operations.Client DetailsGlobal award winning cosmetics companyDescriptionQualify and approve new suppliers, conducting risk assessments and audits.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs, and regular reviews.Lead supplier audits (remote and on-site) to assess compliance with quality standards such as ISO, GMP, or relevant industry certifications.Collaborate with suppliers on corrective actions for non-conforming materials or components.Review and approve incoming inspection plans, material specifications, and certificates of analysis (COAs).Work with internal teams (Procurement, Product Development, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues in the supply chain.Manage documentation related to supplier approvals, change controls, and quality agreements.Support continuous improvement by developing supplier development programs and training initiatives.ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a background in: Degree educatedExperience in supplier quality assurance or supply chain quality.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP, FDA, or other industry-specific standards.Experience in outsourced manufacturing/filler supplier managementVery high standards and attention to detail.Ability to build relationships
