The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you''ll play an important role in supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing during some of the most important years of their lives.

Working within a nurturing and engaging environment, you''ll help create inspiring experiences that encourage children to learn through play, build confidence and develop the skills they need for the future.

You''ll work closely with families and colleagues to ensure every child receives the individual support, encouragement and care they deserve.

What You''ll Be Doing

You''ll plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage, observe and support children''s progress, and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating environment where children feel happy and secure.

Alongside supporting children''s learning and development, you''ll build positive relationships with families, contribute to reflective practice across the nursery and help maintain the high standards that have made this setting so successful.

What We''re Looking For

We''re seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is enthusiastic, caring and committed to providing outstanding experiences for young children.

You will have a good understanding of the EYFS framework, strong safeguarding awareness and a genuine passion for supporting children''s development. Most importantly, you''ll bring warmth, energy and a child-centred approach to everything you do.
