Role Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. These range in value from -250k to -3.5M, often in live or heritage environments, and delivered on a design & build basis.

You''ll work closely with pre-construction, design, project management, and site teams to ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and build quality. At Senior level, you will also mentor junior QSs and help embed best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects including procurement, budgeting, valuations, and final accounts
• Prepare cost plans, subcontractor packages, and contract documentation
• Liaise with supply chain partners and monitor subcontractor performance
• Produce CVRs and provide accurate monthly reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Monitor project cash flow, risk, and compliance
• Support training and development of graduate/junior QSs (if Senior QS)
• Attend regular project meetings across the UK

What We''re Looking For

• 3+ years'' experience as a QS or 6+ years for Senior QS (hospitality or retail sector preferred)
• Experience in D&B, fit-out, or refurbishment projects
• Good understanding of construction contracts and subcontractor management
• Comfortable working across multiple live sites and UK travel
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Relevant qualifications (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
