What You''ll Be DoingDelivering focused 1:1 and small group support to pupils, particularly those with additional learning needs.Working alongside class teachers to prepare and adapt lessons that support pupil engagement and success.Encouraging progress in reading, writing, and numeracy through targeted academic support.Helping to maintain a calm and positive classroom environment.Assisting with lunchtime supervision and classroom transitions throughout the school day.Tracking pupil progress and reporting to teaching staff on development and needs.Supporting the organisation and running of school trips and special activities.
