Senior Electronics Engineer Manufacturing Location: South Norfolk Starting Salary: £50,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon Thurs 8 00, Fri 8 30) A well-established manufacturing business in South Norfolk is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a technically focused role requiring a highly capable engineer who can take ownership of complex fault finding, root cause analysis, and improvement of legacy production equipment. This position will suit an engineer with strong experience working on older or obsolete machinery, who is confident diagnosing complex electronic faults and implementing long-term engineering solutions. Alongside technical troubleshooting, the successful candidate will also support major Capex investment projects, providing technical input and guidance based on previous project experience. Due to the complexity of the equipment and the current demands of the engineering team, this role requires someone who can operate at a high level from day one with minimal supervision or training.
