1st Line Support Engineer

Lorien are working with a leading services organisation based in Bradford who are currently looking for a IT Support Engineer.This role is an important hire as the business are looking for someone with the 1st line support experience, take ownership of this area to a fully fledged service provided to internal and external customers.Responsibilities1st line supportProvision of new laptops for new starters and work with HR for inductionLogging and processing support calls and requests meeting SLA''sProvide full IT systems supportCreate and maintain key documentationProvide trend analysis of Service desk software and reportingExperienceM365 AdminO365IP Telephone systemsNetworksMac OS and Windows DesktopAnti Virus and Drive encryption - ESET (Moving to MS Defender)ITILThis role is based on a hybrid basis with 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home.
