Salary: -42,000 - -44,000
Hours: Day Shifts Only - No Weekends

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Mon-Thu: 6:00-15:00 | Fri: 6:00-12:00

• Week 2: Mon-Thu: 8:30-17:30 | Fri: 6:00-12:00

• Flexi Friday: Every fourth Friday off

About the Role:

Join our FMCG client''s team as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a full-time, permanent role. You''ll work across multiple disciplines, with an electrical focus preferred. This is a hands-on role with a great work-life balance, structured day shifts, and opportunities to develop and mentor apprentices.

What You''ll Do:

• Perform planned maintenance (PPM) to high standards

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and PLCs

• Install, commission, and improve plant and equipment

• Dismantle, repair, and rebuild motors, gearboxes, and pumps

• Support and mentor junior engineers

• Carry out line changes and other engineering tasks

About You:

• Time-served with a strong electrical background (50/50 or electrical bias)

• Confident working across multiple engineering areas

• Willing to learn and develop further skills
