About the FirmOur client law firm based in Potters Bar is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them full-time. They are a property-focused law firm with an established client base, significant repeat business, referrals, and recommendations.

The Candidate

Ideally 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing

Ability to work independently and handle high-volume residential conveyancing cases

Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills for client updates and liaising with solicitors and estate agents

Ability to work independently with paralegal support, as part of a team with other conveyancers

Details

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, flexible working, with at least 3 days in the office

Parking: Free on-site

Salary: Circa £60,000 + bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Holidays: Standard plus additional bank holidays
