You will support the delivery of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account, gaining exposure across a wide variety of schemes including education, healthcare, commercial, residential and public-sector refurbishments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-4 years'' experience looking to work on diverse projects and progress towards full QS responsibilities.Responsibilities will include:Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, tender returns, and contract documentationSupporting the management of subcontractor procurement and appointmentPreparing and processing interim valuations and payment applicationsMonitoring project costs, variations, and cash flowLiaising with site teams to ensure accurate financial reportingAssisting in value engineering and cost-saving initiativesMaintaining accurate records for p
