They operate across multiple UK sites, deliver major projects, and rely on a mix of permanent employees and specialist contractors.DescriptionAct as the first point of contact for employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, capability, and misconductProvide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managersSupport recruitment activity across UK sitesTake ownership of contractor management, including onboarding, compliance, documentation, and contract extensionsApply and maintain knowledge of IR35 and contractor complianceDevelop and implement processes to track contractor paperwork, expiry dates, and approvalsMaintain and utilise HR systems (Workday experience desirable)Support manager development and promote HR self-serviceContribute to HR projects aligned to UK and European people strategiesProfileA successful HR Manager should have:Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR AdvisorSolid employee relations capability, including handling complex cases up to gross misconductKnowledge of contractor ma
