We are currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in the Ringmer area, and are looking to recruit General Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term positions starting this term.

What You''ll Be Doing:

andbull; Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of engaging, inclusive lessons
andbull; Assisting with classroom setup, learning activities, and general daily routines
andbull; Providing group and one-to-one support to pupils, helping them stay focused and confident in their learning
andbull; Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, nurturing learning environment
andbull; Supporting pupils of varying ability levels, including those with mild additional needs

What We''re Looking For:

andbull; Experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting is preferred
andbull; A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to classroom support
andbull; Strong communication and organisational skills
andbull; A passion for helping children reach their potential
andbull; A current, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
