This is a post-16 setting, catering to students with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs, focused on developing real-world skills and confidence for adulthood.About the Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support learners aged with their educational, social, and emotional developmentAssist students in developing employability skills, independence, and personal growthWork closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to create a positive and engaging learning environmentSupport practical and vocational learning both inside and outside of the classroomHelp deliver personalised learning programmes and contribute to progress trackingProvide pastoral support and help build students'' self-esteem and confidence About You: Previous experience working with young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)A calm, patient, and flexible approach to working with students with varying needsStrong
