We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a thriving and forward-thinking multi discipline team, where innovation meets technical excellence. We''re currently looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their modern office in the Barbican, London. This opportunity provides the opportunity of a pivotal role in the delivery of major Commercial, Hotel and complex High-rise residential projects, with values ranging from -2M to around -100M. Our client are looking for multiple Technologist to join the team due to an influx of work, so Architectural Technologists of all levels are encouraged to apply. Currently, they sit at around 75 staff but have ambitions of breaking into the AJ Top 100 next year with significant growth plans due to an influx of projects.

This role will allow the successful Senior Architectural Technologist to work across all RIBA Stages on a range of projects, as well as focusing on the Technical Delivery of a few specific schemes.

• Deliver high-quality technical and construction packages using Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment
• Work closely with internal design teams and external consultants to coordinate architectural and technical design
• Produce and manage detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules across all project stages
• Navigate the technical requirements of highly regulated environments, ensuring full compliance with industry and safety standards
• Attend site meetings and play an active role in monitoring construction and resolving site queries
• Contribute to continuous improvements in BIM workflow and technical delivery across the studio

• Good experience across all RIBA Stages, advantageous
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Experience working on large-scale projects advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines
• Based within commuting distance of Central London (Barbican, Clerkenwell, Farringdon)
