Weandrsquo;re seeking caring, dependable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Crawley and nearby areas. Whether youandrsquo;re looking for a full-time position or prefer flexible, day-to-day assignments, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in both primary and secondary settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Supporting pupils one-on-one or in small groups to help them stay engaged
• Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students
• Adapting support for pupils with additional needs and learning styles
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping manage classroom dynamics
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to promote pupil progress and wellbeing

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (across age groups is a bonus)
• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
• Confidence in supporting pupils with a variety of needs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
