Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00pm Position Overview: We are looking for a CNC Turner AND/OR CNC Miller who is proficient in programming, setting up, and operating CNC Mills 3 axis and/or 2 axis lathes). The ideal candidate will have experience working with Prototrak (Lathes and Mills) and Heidenhain controls (Mills). They will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production and meeting strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Versed within reverse engineering and repairs within a mixture of medium to heavy environments. The ability to look at a repair project and decide on the best methods for work holding and machining. Select and install cutting tools, adjust tool offsets, and make necessary machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Interpret and modify CNC programs as needed to optimize machining processes and minimize cycle times.
