We are recruiting for a senior role in the Access Management Team. This role is ideal for someone who already has some knowledge of IT security but needs hands-on experience working in a dynamic and supportive environment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will need a keen eye for detail, great time management and effective communication skills both written and verbal.

You will be joining the Operational Security team, which consists of 2 Seniors, 2 Analysts and 1 Associate. We provide support to all areas of the business with Windows access requests. We work closely with all teams across the TTR function. Our core role is to manage, maintain and govern access to Windows for colleagues across the society.
ResponsibilitiesLead the provision of all Identity and Access Management IAM activitiesIdentity Governance tasksImplementation and audit of IAM designsSupport Privileged Access Management PAM processes and servicesSupport the resolution of incidents and service requests to agreed service levels
What We Need From YouMinimum of 4 years’ experience supporting IT systems and IAM activities using Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and EntraA good understanding of IT processes together with security concepts and best practices. Experience of leading IAM support activitiesAwareness of Identity GovernanceStrong analytical/problem solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
